Upper Snake River Water Supply 11.7.2018 The Upper Snake River Water Supply is sitting at 52% currently which is strong given how dry the summer season really was. The Jackson Reservoir is holding 77% and the winter flows are set so we’ll have a great spring season and are pretty well set up for another great summer season.
