Fall is in the air
Way to go Bo
Fall is in the air here in western Wyoming. The morning temps are hovering around freezing and the afternoons are settling in around the mid 70’s. Some of our waters have begun to really pick up with consistent action, especially on streamers, now that the water temps are favorable! Our dry rods are currently armed with either caddis, blue wings, tricos or midges. Yes, midges in August. CRAZY early. The streamer set up is a two part deal; one rod with a floating line and the other with a 250 grain sinking tip. Believe it or not, we’ve found that the fish are much more responsive to the good ‘ol simple streamers, which sure are easier to cast and more effective!

We still have some limited availability for the fall, so please give us a shout to book your trip(s). Our riverside lodge still has a few days open as well in September. 307-739-7020. Tight lines!
