Fontenelle Dam Fishing Update

Greetings,

Fontenelle Reservoir is currently at 83% of full capacity with the pool elevation at 6498.20 feet as of June 20, 2018. Fontenelle Dam is currently releasing 6,000 cubic feet per second (cfs), as of 1:00 p.m. on 6/20/2018.

Significant precipitation above Fontenelle Reservoir is contributing to higher-than-anticipated runoff. The previous notification is being amended to cancel planned reductions in releases that would have otherwise occurred on 06/21/2018 and 06/25/2018.

Releases will remain at 6,000 cfs until further notice.

This notification supersedes all previously issued notifications and is current until a new one is issued. All times identified in this directive are local time (Mountain Daylight Time) and are not hour ending.
