Snake River Jackson Hole Wyoming This year’s spring runoff on the Snake River and it’s tributaries has been really unpredictable; with the below average snowpack and warm temps this summer season on the area rivers, creeks, lakes and streams should be very interesting, to say the least. Snake and Green River Wyoming Runoff Projections 4.21.2015 The runoff has officially started on the Snake River and here’s how we’re looking for the Snake and Green River Wyoming Runoff Projections, as of today. The snowpack in the Upper Snake River Basin is 76% of the average and the Green River Basin is at 80%. (See chart below).
