Guided Fly Fishing in Jackson Hole
Last week afforded us some really great days on the water with our guided fly fishing in Jackson Hole. We’re still continuing to experience some pretty wild temperature swings which has brought the water temps up a few degrees, therefore the trout have become more active. The flows on the Snake River are about 30% higher than the past 10 years average which helps put more oxygen in the riffles and increasing the supply of macro invertebrates (bugs that the fish eat). The midges have been plentiful and we’ve even seen a few risers here and there.
The fish have all looked very healthy, thankfully.
If you’re looking for a day away from the slopes we have some great private access to get you out on the water for a great afternoon.
