Fontenelle Reservoir is at elevation 6503.4 ft (94% full) and declining. Releases will be reduced to 5,000 cfs by the end of the day. Additional information regarding the current status of Fontenelle Reservoir can be found on the Reclamation website.
Spring runoff has peaked and reservoir inflows continue to decline. The current rate of inflow is roughly 3,290 cubic feet per second (cfs), with recent daily averages ranging from 3,680 cfs to 7,090 cfs. Weather conditions are expected to be warm and dry for the next two weeks and Fontenelle will be operated to accommodate the current hydrologic conditions.
Beginning Monday, June 29th, 2015, at 8:00 a.m., releases from Fontenelle will be decreased to 2,900 cfs according to the following schedule:

After the final change at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015, releases will remain at 2,900 cfs until further notice. All times identified in this notification are local time (Mountain Standard Time) and not hour ending.
