WESTERN WYOMING FLY FISHING 

It’s hard to believe that Christmas is about 3 weeks away! CRAZY!

The anticipation for next years fishing season is ramping up and I’d like to share the water update for the upcoming Western Wyoming Fly Fishing season below. I’ll try to put one of these blogs up at the beginning of each month.  Obviously, we are 7 months away from prime time but so far the snow/water gods are smiling upon us. Let’s hope the trend continues so we can have another exceptional season.

The reservoirs in the Snake River system are around 50% full and Fontenelle is as full as anyone can remember at this time of the year. We will be offering winter and spring trips for our discounted rate so give us a holler is you want to experience the river in full solitude. Some folks think we’re crazy for offering winter trips; maybe we are but, consider when the temps last week hovered around 50 in the afternoon which made for an amazing experience. We sure don’t get out when the temps are frigid but anything above 25 and we’re all in! our contact number is 307.739.7020.
