TEMPORARY CORONA VIRUS UPDATED POLICY EFFECTIVE 4/20/20 THROUGH 5/7/20

As we all deal with this unprecedented situation we want you to know that we are empathetic and want to be able to conduct our business fairly, reasonably and safely. Were waiting for the authorities that have control of how we can legally and safely conduct our business to let us know their decisions. As of today we’re told that The Governor will render a decision on 4/30/20 on how the state will respond to the latest conditions. Once we know the declaration we will respond. Until then please see our amended cancellation policy. Every permit we hold from a governmental agency has let us know that we can plan to operate this summer! The only issue is how people can travel in and out of Wyoming, with or without a self quarantine. Thankfully, Wyoming hasn’t been hit too hard thus far and we pray that fact continues.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. You can cancel the trip up to 14 days prior to your departure date with a 100% refund of your deposit. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of your trip departure date will result in complete refund of your deposit.
