Fishing Promotes Good Mental Health
BLISS!!!! Fresh air, void of humanity, yields large trout opportunities!!! Social distancing at its very best!!! We’re hoping to get the green light from the Governor of Wyoming later today. At this point we’re stating to plan to guide clients come late June through the summer/fall. For 20 years RDA has been practicing social distancing and we strive to continue that practice.
As a result, fishing helps to reduce anxiety, fight off depression, and promote relaxation. Studies have shown that fishing lowers your cortisol levels (otherwise known as the stress hormone). This positive effect can last for as long as three weeks after a fishing trip.
